Attorney Tanille Royston helps small business owners navigate the laws surrounding building and maintaining a strong company.  She has a passion for teaching her clients about the legal complexities of operating a business and has an extensive history.  As a sole practitioner, she helped company owners with drafting and reviewing contracts, independent contractor matters, unemployment issues and business deals.  Tanille also worked as a contract worker for the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division where she analyzed job offers, assessed job positions and established classifications and wages.  She also has experience in advising managers on employment regulations as well.

One of the highlights of Attorney Tanille Royston’s career was when she was appointed as the Magistrate of the 68th District Court in Flint, Michigan from 2007 to 2008.  As a Magistrate, she presided over municipal pre-hearing conferences and small claims cases.  She was one of the youngest Attorneys to serve on the bench in the state of Michigan.

Tanille attended the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Law School.  She is licensed to practice law in Texas, Illinois and Michigan.  She also received her Professional in Human Resources Certificate in 2012.
